Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Winning Attention is built for people whose brains work differently, and we want the Site and the Course to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work toward this by:

  • using clear headings, readable fonts, strong color contrast and descriptive image text;
  • keeping lessons short, with a written version of the content and printable worksheets;
  • English closed captions on all Course videos (turn them on with the CC button in the video player), with a written version of every lesson available on request;
  • making the Site usable on phones, tablets and computers, and with keyboard navigation.

Known limitations

Some parts of the Site rely on third-party tools, such as the PayPal checkout window and embedded video players, which we do not fully control. Some worksheets are designed as printable PDFs and may be harder to use with a screen reader.

Need help or found a barrier?

If anything on the Site or in the Course is hard for you to use, email support@winningattention.com. Tell us the page and the problem. We will reply within 3 business days and, where we can, provide the content in another format, such as a plain-text version of a lesson or worksheet.
